  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

5.3 Shipping Areas

We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions as specified in our shipping policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all packaging and accessories. To initiate a return:

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item to our Philadelphia warehouse

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.4 Damaged Items
