Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking number provided

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions as specified in our shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all parts/accessories must be included
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Items marked as “final sale” at time of purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

Return Process

  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging with all included materials
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Philadelphia warehouse (address provided upon approval)
  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll notify you when we process your return (typically 3-5 business days after receipt)

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

For exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply to ship the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Credit card refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal refunds usually processed within 24 hours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items
